📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mining site, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize production and profitability.
• Manage and mentor a team of experienced professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Leverage advanced mining software such as MineSight, Vulcan, and Surpac for data analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in mining practices and technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining operations.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Certifications in Safety Management (e.g., OSHAS 18001) and Environmental Management (e.g., ISO 14001) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with mining software such as MineSight, Vulcan, and Surpac.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
