📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices according to approved payment terms
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable balances and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
- Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
