📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Prepare and distribute job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and necessary documents.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
