Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion,Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Manage and lead a team of business development professionals,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business goals are met,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
