📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of vessel operations, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management.,Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.,Maintain a high level of safety and security on board the vessel.,Coordinate with shore-based teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and other operational costs.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Manage and mentor the crew to ensure high performance and morale.,Report to the company's management on vessel performance and any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing and operating vessels of similar size and type.,Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with maritime software and navigation systems.,Good physical health and fitness to handle the demands of the job.
