📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the department, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and report to the Department Head.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of company operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
