📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the production team, providing feedback and support to improve productivity and efficiency.,Ensure that all production processes comply with health and safety regulations, and that the clinic maintains a clean and safe working environment.,Manage inventory levels, ordering new stock as needed, and ensuring that all materials are properly stored and accounted for.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production requirements are met and that all orders are completed accurately and on time.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that production targets are met.,Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of production activities, including orders, inventory, and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision or management role in a healthcare or dental setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, with a focus on cost efficiency and productivity.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.,Experience in dental or healthcare production processes, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
