📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on distribution activities and performance metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or distribution management.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and distribution management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
