📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with other departments as needed.,Perform general administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
