📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for job openings
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates on progress
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives
• Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and best practices
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work both in the office and remotely
