Go Village Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our operations team with timely and accurate information. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Support the operations team with inventory information and data analysis.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.,Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management.,Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the inventory management system.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using inventory management software and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Inventory management software (e.g.SAPOracleor similar).Spreadsheet software (e.g.Microsoft ExcelGoogle Sheets).Data analysis and reporting skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes.
