📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the hotel.,Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a luxury or upscale hotel setting is a plus.
