📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cash handling and financial transactions.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high service standards.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor cash drawer balance and prepare end-of-day reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and software.,Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
