📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production.,Train and mentor junior line cooks to maintain and improve food standards.,Develop and implement efficient cooking schedules and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
