Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their targets and deliver high-quality service.Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Ensure that all logistics operations are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly.Ensure that all logistics equipment and vehicles are maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.Ensure that all logistics operations are carried out in a safe and secure manner, in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics industry.Proven track record of success in managing logistics operations and teams.Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and laws related to logistics and transportation.Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles.🛠️ Keahlian
