Bidang Hana Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Operator to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for coffee. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Train and mentor junior store operators to maintain high standards of customer service.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on store performance and sales.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies.,Promote the brand and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations if required.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
