📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and tracking fuel usage.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pet care products.
- Utilize GPS tracking systems and SAP software to monitor vehicle performance and optimize routes.
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient distribution processes.
- Handle and resolve any issues related to vehicle maintenance or driver performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Proven experience with GPS tracking systems and SAP software.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with the pet care industry is a plus.
