📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons for children aged 4-6 using age-appropriate teaching methods and resources
• Create and implement a curriculum that fosters both language proficiency and cognitive development
• Collaborate with the educational team to develop a holistic learning experience for young learners
• Utilize educational software and tools to enhance the learning process
• Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support the learning journey of the children

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Teaching, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to children aged 4-6
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Valid teaching license or certification in Indonesia
