📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.,Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
