📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
