📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and event logistics.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Provide excellent customer service to event clients and guests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle event promotions and marketing activities.,Prepare and present event reports and feedback to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event coordination roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for event planning.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and traditions.
