📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for the procurement team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and goals.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to maintain quality standards and service levels.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost efficiency in all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and vendors.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
