CV Eka Prima is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and productivity.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Manage team schedules and ensure optimal resource allocation.,Handle team-related administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
