📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting the tone for their dining experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, including restocking supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Uphold the company's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Adapt to peak hours and varying customer volumes, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in using basic office software and POS systems.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
