📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and maintain invoice records using systems like SAP or similar ERP software.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on any overdue payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on invoice processing and payment status.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance invoice processing efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing or related administrative roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
