📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met,Monitor and control production schedules and budgets,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues,Train and mentor production team members,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Provide regular reports on production progress and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the electronics manufacturing industry,Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and quality control standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Proficient in using production management software,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices,Must be willing to work a 12-hour shift schedule
