Daily, you will navigate complex projects, manage resources, and drive results that align with both client expectations and strategic business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions for banking and financial services clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored technology solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in technology implementation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in banking and financial services technology transformation, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technology projects for financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry, including regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or similar project management certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
