📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans using tools like Lean Sigma, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on new processes and best practices.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process optimization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Certifications in Lean Sigma, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience in a mining, natural resources, or energy sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
